Return Policy for Shoreline Wear Website with Free Returns

Eligibility:
All items purchased from Shoreline Wear are eligible for return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Free Returns:
We offer free return shipping for all eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
The return shipping label will be provided to you via email or included in your package.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team by phone or email to request a return.
b. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location or schedule a pickup using the provided return shipping label.

Refund:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow 8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:
a. Items that have been altered, damaged, or are missing original tags.
b. Intimate apparel, including lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits, for hygiene reasons.
c. Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions marked as final sale.

Exchange Process: If you would like to initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Shorelinewear@gmail.com and provide them with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and the necessary instructions for the exchange process.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that the shipping costs for the exchange shipment will be your responsibility.



Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.
Please do not attempt to repair or alter the item, as it may void your eligibility for a return or refund.
